The Kidsafe National Playspace Design Awards are held every 2 years to recognise excellence and innovation in the provision of safe, creative playspaces across Australia and showcase what designers and builders can achieve in public places, schools and education and care centres.

An award winning playspace offers a wide range of play activities including challenge areas for climbing and balancing; discovery areas for exploring and pretend play; a place where children of all ages and abilities feel included and comfortable to stay for a while. They may even include trees and boulders for climbing and scrambling!

2018 Kidsafe National Playspace Deisgn Awards are now closed.

The Awards are open to playground owners, service providers, design professionals, students, and landscapers from across Australia. A great opportunity to showcase playspace design in action!
