The online booking system has 5 main steps:
1: Select the number of restraints
Select the number of child car restraints you need fitted or checked for your vehicle. Please note that if you need restraints checked across multiple vehicles, you will need to book a separate appointment for each individual car.
2: Choose your event
Select the event you would like to attend. The event name lists the date, suburb, and cost. You can also quickly check the price using the coloured dots – blue dots indicate free appointments, while yellow dots indicate a paid appointment at $10 per restraint.
3: Select a time slot
Click the date highlighted in blue, then select your preferred time slot from the list on the right. If you see a ‘No dates in [month]’ message over the calendar, it means the event is currently fully booked. However, cancellations happen frequently, so we recommend checking back regularly up until the day before the event to see if a spot opens up.
3: Fill out the booking form
Complete the booking form as accurately as possible, and carefully check your email address is input correctly so that you can receive confirmation and reminder notifications.
4: Review your confirmation
Carefully read the information displayed on the final confirmation screen. A copy of these booking details will also be automatically emailed to you for your records. The email address and phone number you entered will be used to send you reminder notifications about your appointment.
