The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has issued a product recall on the Infa-Secure 'Skylar' 8kg to 26kg harnessed booster seat. When used for children 8-18 KG, there may be the risk of slippage of the webbing through the adjuster of the body harness which may result in injury or death.

These booster seats were sold nationally at Big W outlets in July 2010. They can be identified by the model number CS55SW. If you have purchased this particular booster, please cease using it immediately and return it to Big W for a full refund.
