Who should join Kidsafe?

Individuals and organisations from a wide range of backgrounds that care for children and those whom work, or have an interest, in child safety and injury prevention are invited to become members of Kidsafe Victoria

Membership of Kidsafe Victoria is open to: parents and carers of children, maternal child health nurses, child care workers, teachers, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, emergency services personnel, research organisations, consumer agencies, and representatives of local and state government agencies as well as private business and corporations.

Membership benefits include:

• Being part of a coordinated voice on child injury prevention issues, and help Kidsafe influence research, policy, regulations and best-practice issues
• Supporting Kidsafe in raising awareness of child safety and injury prevention issues throughout the community
• Keep up-to-date with the latest information on child safety and injury prevention issues, resources, training opportunities and other activities relevant to child safety
• Access the Kidsafe Victoria website with specialised resources and information for members
• Network and share ideas with others working in the field of child safety and injury prevention
• Discounted rates on Kidsafe products and resources, and third-party discounts of any partner organisations (when available)
• Affordable membership fees.
