Defence Lake Attack, August 26th, 2007

Kidsafe Victoria is proud to be one of four charities selected by the Defence Lake Attack to receive the proceeds of their annual fun run. The Defence Lake Attack was held this year on Sunday, August 26th at Albert Park lake. It was a fantastic day with almost 2000 competitors walking/jogging/ running around the lake. Kidsafe was delighted to receive a cheque for $40,000 from the Defence Lake Attack events at the recentLake Attack Dinner & Auction, held at the Vic Barracks Officers Mess on September 12th. Thank you to the Defence committee, sponsors, volunteers & participants who contributed invaluable time & funds to such a worthwhile and enjoyable event.
